Systematic Documentation Lifecycle Management

Hello everybody! My name is Alexej Spas and I am Senior IT Manager at *instinctools GmbH. And on behalf of all the *instinctools team, I would like to welcome you to our new blog.

After the launch of the DITAWorks product and its website, we came to the idea to implement an active information/interaction and additional feedback channel from our customers and people interested in our product or generally in DITA. We believe this blog will be the right platform to stimulate interaction and it can help us to improve DITAworks and *instinctools services.

In this blog, we would like to:

• describe and discuss problems and solutions around DITA
• propose and discuss new features for DITAWorks
• share our plans and monitor progress in product development
• provide various possibilities for feedback
• post frequently asked questions

This blog is going to be a group blog where different members of *instinctools team are going to post articles on topics described above.

We are looking forward to your feedback and suggestions regarding DITAWorks or DITA topics through discussions and comments. We will also be happy to know how *instinctools can do a better job catering to the community through the medium of this blog.
